We have been open a month now and wanted to thank all of you who have stopped by to shop at Haley's Corner. We are grateful to all who have shared our products with friends and have sent friends and relatives to see us. We look forward to meeting new people every day. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! We are working on developing new items every day and welcome suggestions. It is a slow process but we're working on something all the time.

We are offering more gluten free/dairy free products. You will now find a variety of dairy free breads (sandwich bread, multi-grain bread, pizza bread), cookies (Haley's Favorite Ginger cookies, cranberry cookies, sugar cookies), muffins (lemon coconut, cranberry orange, blueberry, and pumpkin), breakfast treats (cinnamon streusel buns and apple cinnamon buns), and cake (Vanilla Raspberry Volcano cakes, and vanilla cake).

Haley's is also offering a stuffed cheese bread which is a perfect option for lunch. These tasty wedges are filled with tasty combinations of meats, cheeses and veggies and are available daily. We will be offering something different every day but some of the combinations are: Swiss cheese, ham and mushrooms; Provolone cheese, chicken, tomato and onion; mozzarella cheese, sausage, mushrooms, and peppers; and more.

We are now using a par-baked crust for our pizzas. We have found these to be much tastier and easier for customers to prepare for take and bake pizza. Try our new creation the next time you order a pizza (we may even have some for you to sample!!).

Haley's Corner has had a great first month serving the Gluten-Free community! We had KUOW out for an interview, The Seattle Times did a story about us, and we are working on other promotional media events to get the word out. Our sign is on the way and should be up above the bakery soon. Don't forget, we're open Tuesday through Saturday, 9am to 6pm. We are still working on baking enough of the high demand items, like sandwich bread, so come early to ensure you get your favorites! We are constantly increasing our production to meet demand so we should have your favorites on-hand anytime of day soon! Come in and see for yourself. Thanks for your support and business!

We are now open! Come by the bakery for samples of our treats as we get up and running! Sign our guestbook and let us know what your favorites are so we can have them on hand for you! Look for a full selection next week!

We are excited to announce that we will be open on December 26th! Please come and enjoy some samples of the wonderful pastries and other treats that will be baking!

Final permitting is underway! However, the scheduling of the final inspections may push back our opening a week or two. Keep checking back here for the latest on what day will be open for business!

Construction and set up is almost complete! We are planning to open our doors on or about the 18th of December! Also, the webpage has been updated. Take a look at the new and improved menu section, including pizza!

Here is our bakery! Construction is nearing completion and installing the kitchen and other fixtures will begin shortly. Also, check out the About Us and Menu pages. These will give you a taste of the wonderful treats that will be available soon!

Currently construction is underway at our new location. We are hoping to open the bakery before the Holiday season so all of you can enjoy our delicious gluten-free pizza, cakes, biscuits, pastries, and much more during the holidays!
